The ink is dry… We had been waiting for this moment all year and it’s finally here.

My client Brasco signed his first deal with Budde Music - one of the largest independent music publishers in the world. Going forward they will handle and enable further distribution of my clients productions, as well as the collection of any royalties owed. Also part of that deal is Kabul Fire Records - which will bring even bigger placements and opportunities to the table, having already delivered with major established artist like Nneka, Selah Sue, Talib Kweli, Giggs and many more.

My involvement throughout remained as usual, consulting on the best deal for my client and ensuring the delivery of such news is presented on brand. I’ll continue to be in charge of all international dealings, maintaining brand identity, as well as creative direction/input into the music productions. You can truly say that all previous efforts were always aimed to lead up to this point, so I’m particularly proud to see it come to life. It all ties in with the vision I had on placing my client in a position of strength from his location and what better way to do so than with one of Europe's leading independent music companies.

I flew out to Germany to be part of the first few sessions arranged upon signing, as well as the multiple causes for celebration of course.

This is a very big defining moment but we always keep our focus on the next goal and like I told my client:
